But for God’s sake, don’t forget humor—without it, the decision process turns into a grim death march. Balance the power, keep the egos in check, and remember that forcing consent is a one-way ticket to resentment city. You’re not here to babysit; you’re here to navigate the chaos, and if you play it right, conflict isn’t your enemy—it’s your secret weapon.
